I’m a family man with a deep passion for food, especially smoked meats and BBQ. I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, experimenting with different techniques and flavours. No.1 Smash and Grab was born out of frustration with mediocre takeaways and the lack of quality smoked BBQ options.

I sat down, made a plan, and No.1 Smash and Grab came to life. The journey began in my home kitchen where I offered deliveries and collections. For the past year I have been proudly running the business from KTFC.
