I’m a family man with a deep passion for food, especially smoked meats and BBQ. I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, experimenting with different techniques and flavours. No.1 Smash and Grab was born out of frustration with mediocre takeaways and the lack of quality smoked BBQ options.

I sat down, made a plan, and asked my stepchildren to help come up with a name – and No.1 Smash and Grab was born. I started six months ago from my home kitchen, offering deliveries and collections. Now, for the past six weeks, I’ve been running the business from KTFC.
